I have crafted a distinct energy and spiritual healing system, enriched by a diverse range of life experiences and spiritual teachings. Initially grounded in Protestant Christianity, my journey expanded to include Zen Buddhism, various Reiki methodologies, modern mindfulness, and, most recently, Catholicism. This eclectic mix of spiritual influences informs my unique approach to healing.

My practice is not limited to one technique; it is a holistic amalgamation of various spiritual insights and training, forming a deep, comprehensive understanding of energy and spiritual work. This breadth allows me to engage with healing from a wide perspective, helping people from many walks of life. At my core, I am a practicing Catholic, learning the tenets of the faith and being guided by the voice of the Holy Spirit. I am here to serve.

As an intuitive healer, I tailor each session to meet the specific needs of my clients. Recognizing that each person’s path is unique, I adapt my approach accordingly, respecting their religious beliefs and personal preferences. I have had a long walk home to Catholicism and, as Rumi said, "There are many paths up the mountain." I honor where you are on your journey. My journey is not your journey and vs. We all need to honor what God is saying to us personally.
