Karen has been a certified sound therapist and owner of Stay Tooned LLC since 2017. Her application method is using frequencies from Tuning Forks, Tibetan Bowls, and Gongs to bring the body back to its natural state of balance. Clients report feeling much calmer, pain being greatly reduced, and ability to sleep better at night. Sound therapy is making great waves in the science and medical community. Heather became master level certified in Reiki in 2015. She is well trained in several styles, including Reiki Ryoho/Tibetan, Holy Fire, and Raven Keyes Medical Reiki. She is Master level in all three. She is a practicing Christian with healing training from her Christian walk over the past 20 years. She combines the framework of Reiki with the Holy Spirit to bring an east meets west approach to spiritual healing.  Clients report feeling a sense of well being, muscles relaxing, pain decreasing, and clarity of thinking along with other beneficial after effects.
